Gabe Galanda is a citizen of the Round Valley Indian Tribe. He is Managing Partner at Galanda Broadman, PLLC, in Seattle. He represents tribal governments, businesses and members in all varieties of dispute and business dealings, catastrophic personal injury lawsuits, assists tribes with transactions and strategy related to various economic development initiatives, and mediates and arbitrates disputes between tribal and non-tribal parties, including personal injury matters and conflicts between tribal and local, state or federal governments, as well as tribal intramural disputes. From 2000 to 2010, Galanda practiced law with the regional corporate firm, Williams Kastner, where he was the youngest lawyer to ever be elected to the firm's membership and to serve on the firm's Board of Directors.

Galanda has a Bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University and a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Arizona College of Law. In 2009, he was named to the Puget Sound Business Journal's "40 Under 40" list and to the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development's "Native American 40 Under 40" list in recognition of his status as an emerging leader in the legal industry as well as a number of accolades for his work. Galanda serves on a number of national and regional boards and committees in the legal arena and formed Huy, anon-profit organization dedicated to enhancing religious, cultural and other rehabilitative opportunities for American Indian prisoners.
